What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect your name, email address and anything else you choose to put in the form — phone number, dates, group size and your message. That is all. We do not ask for payment details through this website.
Why we hold it
Only to reply to you and to organise your tour if you book one. We do not add you to a mailing list, we do not sell your details, and we do not share them with anyone other than the accommodation and transport providers needed to run a trip you have booked.
Who processes it for us
Enquiry emails are delivered by Resend, and this website is hosted by Vercel. Both process data on our behalf. If website analytics are enabled, they are used only to understand which pages are useful.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted within two years. Booking records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting and insurance purposes.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@atlaspedals.com and we will deal with it.
